Tocmai de aceea a fost creat\u0103 Ini\u021biativa VoiceGuard: pentru \u00eemputernicire \u0219i sprijin pentru avertizorii de integritate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre pilonii analitici ai proiectului const\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi str\u00e2ns legate:&nbsp;<em>Analiza de nevoi<\/em>, care studiaz\u0103 nevoile avertizorilor de integritate pe parcursul experien\u021bei de avertizare, \u0219i&nbsp; respectiv&nbsp;<em>Evaluarea competen\u021belor<\/em>, care analizeaz\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i competen\u021bele organiza\u021biilor, \u00een principal ale persoanelor responsabile cu primirea \u0219i gestionarea raport\u0103rilor. Fiecare partener de proiect a jucat un rol crucial \u00een aceste activit\u0103\u021bi &#8211; asigur\u00e2nd colectarea datelor \u00een \u021bara sa, comunicarea cu responden\u021bii, realizarea de interviuri, organizarea de focus-grupuri \u0219i traducerea contextelor locale. Acest sprijin trebuie s\u0103 fie constant &#8211; \u00eenainte, \u00een&nbsp;timpul \u0219i dup\u0103 ce fac avertizarea. Am evaluat nu doar competen\u021bele acestora, ci \u0219i mandatul lor institu\u021bional \u0219i capacitatea practic\u0103 de a servi drept gardieni eficien\u021bi ai procesului de raportare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu ajutorul a 150 de organiza\u021bii din 6 state membre care au r\u0103spuns la aceast\u0103 cercetare, am examinat unde e\u0219ueaz\u0103 sistemul actual de asisten\u021b\u0103 &#8211; din cauza lipsei de cuno\u0219tin\u021be specializate, a volumului de munc\u0103 subestimat al persoanelor responsabile de gestionarea raport\u0103rilor sau a comunic\u0103rii insuficiente c\u0103tre poten\u021bialii avertizori de integritate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cempreun\u0103,&nbsp;<em>Analiza de nevoi<\/em>&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;<em>Evaluarea competen\u021belor<\/em>&nbsp;formeaz\u0103 o baz\u0103 solid\u0103 pentru urm\u0103toarele faze ale proiectului VoiceGuard &#8211; inclusiv dezvoltarea de programe de formare, maparea bunelor practici \u0219i formularea de recomand\u0103ri pentru politici \u0219i bune practici.
