Reprezentan\u021bi ai tuturor partenerilor s-au reunit pentru a stabili direc\u021bia strategic\u0103 a proiectului \u0219i pentru a planifica activit\u0103\u021bile care se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een lunile urm\u0103toare.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pe parcursul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii au fost prezentate toate pachetele de lucru, fiind discutate \u00een detaliu planurile \u0219i ideile cu privire la ac\u021biunile care vor contura aceast\u0103 faz\u0103 de \u00eenceput a proiectului. Au fost discu\u021bii constructive cu privire la structura pachetelor de lucru, to\u021bi partenerii contribuind cu idei \u0219i bune practici. Indicatorii cheie de performan\u021b\u0103 (KPI) au fost, de asemenea, revizui\u021bi \u0219i actualiza\u021bi, aliniind consor\u021biul la a\u0219tept\u0103ri \u0219i standarde de calitate. Toate aceste planific\u0103ri \u0219i decizii vor asigura o colaborare u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i eficient\u0103 \u00eentre membrii consor\u021biului.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Odat\u0103 stabilit\u0103 baza, echipa VoiceGuard trece la etapa urm\u0103toare, care se va concentra pe efectuarea unei analize de nevoi \u0219i a competen\u021be legate de sistemele de asisten\u021b\u0103 pentru avertizorii de integritate din \u021b\u0103rile participante. \u00cen paralel, mai multe documente interne legate de management, coordonare, evaluare \u0219i organizare general\u0103 vor fi distribuite \u00eentre parteneri pentru a sprijini implementarea eficient\u0103 a proiectului.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Am \u00eencheiat \u00eent\u00e2lnirea cu entuziasm! Fiecare partener a dat dovad\u0103 de implicare \u0219i angajament fa\u021b\u0103 de viziunea proiectului. Plec\u00e2nd de la Madrid, ne sim\u021bim inspira\u021bi \u0219i \u00eencrez\u0103tori c\u0103 proiectul VoiceGuard este pe cale s\u0103 aib\u0103 un impact real \u0219i s\u0103 aduc\u0103 perspective noi \u00een domeniu.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>C\u0103l\u0103toria VoiceGuard a \u00eenceput oficial. R\u0103m\u00e2ne\u021bi al\u0103turi de noi pentru urm\u0103toarele actualiz\u0103ri pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce proiectul progreseaz\u0103.<\/p><p>Over the two-day meeting, all work packages were discussed with each partner presenting their initial plans and ideas regarding the actions that will shape this early phase of the project. More constructive discussions followed on the structure of the work packages, with all partners contributing with ideas and good practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were also jointly reviewed and updated, aligning the consortium on expectations and quality standards. All of these discussions and decisions will ensure a smooth and effective collaboration between consortium members.<\/p><p>With the groundwork being established, VoiceGuard moves into its research phase. This next stage will focus on conducting the needs analysis and skills related to the whistleblowing support systems in the participating countries. In parallel, several internal documents related to management, coordination, evaluation, and overall organization will be shared among partners to support efficient implementation.<\/p><p>We wrapped up the meeting in such a great mood! Every partner showed enthusiasm and commitment to the project\u2019s vision. Leaving Madrid, we\u2019re feeling inspired and confident that VoiceGuard is on track to make a real impact and bring fresh insights to the field.<\/p><p>The journey of VoiceGuard has officially begun.
